Blackpearl is a Japanese × Italian concept rooted in culture, technique, and human connection. Two traditions share one table: the quiet discipline of Japan and the warmth of the Italian home kitchen.
Nothing is fusion for its own sake. Every decision — a piece of fish, a pour of olive oil, the pace of a course — is intentional. The result is a room that feels composed, modern, and unmistakably ours.

A note from Executive Chef Abel Chiok Diaz.
I grew up in kitchens shaped by Italy and France. Over more than two decades, I've cooked my way through Peru, Australia, and Europe — but it was in the United States that I fell in love with Japanese food.
That collision between what I was raised on and what I found here is what Blackpearl is about. A miso carbonara that still reads Italian. A short rib finished with dashi soy. Two disciplines, one voice. All of it is story.

Three rooms, three bookings. Main dining and the Omotenashi bar are reserved through OpenTable. Blackpearl Omakase is reserved through Tock.
Parking and the main entrance are located at the front of the building. Follow the posted signage upon arrival.
Our menu evolves continuously. Dishes rotate with the season, so a plate you loved may not return in the same form.
